This three-day bootcamp will cover topics surrounding human resources including current trends in HR, employee handbooks, onboarding new employees, the Do’s & Don’ts to a clean DOL Audit, employee retention, performance management, how to address employee performance issues and more. Small group and break-out exercises using everything learned to match your personal experiences. Small group exercises will discuss risk management, performance management, strategic talent acquisition and retention and benefit and compensation management.
