Leadership 2.0 Description
Building on the content from the VMG 1.0 Leadership Program, the VMG 2.0 Program will enable you to further develop your leadership skills. Held overthree days at a mountain retreat center approximately two hours from Denver called The Nature Place, this program covers topics such as collaborative decision making, team problem solving, coaching skills for conflict, conflict resolution, hiring for a customer service culture and more, and it allows for a unique application of that learning through experiential activities. The VMG 2.0 program is led by a combination of faculty from the top-ranked Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, such as Jenny Dobmeier and/or Mia Elizardi.
