VMG Productivity Leagues Program Description

VMG Productivity Leagues are a VMG-exclusive leadership and execution program designed to help veterinary practices finally move the needle on their most important goals. Based on Franklin Covey’s The 4 Disciplines of Execution, the leagues train practice leaders to drive real behavior change — not just set strategy. Each 3-month league begins with a 2-day in-person bootcamp, followed by weekly Zoom sessions, peer collaboration, and high-touch 1-on-1 coaching. Leaders build and execute a focused “winnable game” around priorities like forward booking, bloodwork compliance, and appointment efficiency. More than 100 practices have completed the program, delivering measurable, sustainable results in a supportive, performance-driven
environment.
